These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of revroadsidehawaii.com (the "Site") and your requests for services from Rev Roadside Hawaii ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Rev Roadside Hawaii provides mobile EV charging and roadside assistance services on Oʻahu, including tire changes, vehicle lockout service, battery jump-starts and battery service, and general roadside assistance. Towing is available. Services are subject to availability, location, weather, traffic, and safety conditions. Submitting a request through the Site or by phone does not guarantee that a particular service can be performed in every situation; we will always tell you honestly what we can and cannot do.

Requests and communication

When you submit a service request, you agree to provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and situation. If you consent to receive calls and text messages, we may use them to coordinate your service. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

SMS / text messaging terms

By opting in to text messages from Rev Roadside Hawaii — via the consent checkbox on our website request form, through our website chat widget, or verbally by phone — you consent to receive service-related text messages about your roadside assistance request, including request confirmations, dispatch and ETA updates, and follow-up messages when we miss your call. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional promotional texts. Marketing consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase or service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to opt in to text messages from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help or call us at (808) 207-0709. Text STOP at any time to opt out; after opting out you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Pricing and payment

We believe in fair, transparent pricing. Pricing depends on the service, location, and circumstances, and will be communicated to you before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Safety

Your safety comes first. While waiting for service, remain in a safe location away from traffic where possible. Follow the reasonable instructions of our personnel during service. We may decline or pause service where conditions are unsafe.

Vehicle condition

Roadside services are performed on vehicles in the condition we find them. While we exercise professional care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical conditions, or for issues that are the unavoidable result of the underlying breakdown.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rev Roadside Hawaii is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The content of this Site — including text, graphics, and logos — belongs to Rev Roadside Hawaii or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-party links and tools

The Site may include links to or tools from third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
